Provider sourcing
We know the carriers, dark fiber owners, and infrastructure partners across the market. When the right capacity exists, we find it, negotiate it, and hand it off. When it doesn’t, we build it.
Network architecture
DWDM line systems, IP/MPLS topology, cross-connect and hand-off planning. Designed for year seven, not year one — with the capacity plan to back it up.
OSP design packages
Outside-plant drawings and bills of material that construction crews can actually build from. Aerial, underground, and HDD paths treated by their own constraints.
Permit & ROW strategy
NTIA/BEAD-aligned documentation, DOT and railroad crossings, utility joint-use agreements. We know who to call and what they need to see.
Owner’s engineer
We represent your interests through construction — bid review, contractor selection, field oversight, and as-built verification. Because the vendor won’t flag their own corner-cutting.
